Pickleman’s All-Natural Bread
After over a year of research and development, Pickleman’s was ready to roll out their new proprietary All-Natural White and Wheat Bread. The new recipe removed all the preservatives most bread contained in exchange for seven simple ingredients. This new recipe was derived from Water, Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour), Semolina Flour, Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Sugar, Sea Salt, Yeast, Vital Wheat Gluten, Wheat Bran, & Enzymes. We joined the bakery team at 4:00 am to go through the entire proofing and baking process so we could effectively share the story and truly understand every step in the process.
